Ammolite is a rare, opal-like, gemstone composed of the fossilized shells of ammonites. It is highly iridescent, frequently exhibiting red, green and orange colors which flash differently depending on the angle of the light.

Gold-fill provides a much thicker layer of gold than gold-plated and should not wear off with proper care.

This handmade necklace features a round amethyst set atop a sterling silver moon. Below it hangs a flashy rainbow moonstone teardrop. The pendant measures 2-3/8" in length and connects to an 18" sterling silver chain.
